2021


Building recovery on a different market

After the events of 2020, the scenario has significantly changed; the continuing pandemic-related problems spurred companies to use smart working and reconsidering their development plans time and again, for the second year in a row.
Despite such issues, we have developed several activities, both on our own and in cooperation with others.

At the start of this year, A.A.C. Consulting has turned into a Benefit Company: it adopted a Sustainable Impact Project in order to provide companies with several supports in order to mitigate crisis risks, while helping with entrepreneurial continuity.
In connection with everything stated above, after the 6 events held in 2020, our online events of the “Sostegno Imprese” cycle, intending to support enterprises, we held 4 events together with UniCredit and Simest, and 3 on our own, with relevant speakers and topics.

We also held 2 meetings in person within the framework of the Parma 2021 – Città della Cultura initiative, concerning the events connected with Parma as the 2020-2021 Italian Capital of Culture.
We also kept providing online courses for both enterprises and firms, as well as continuous training courses on online platforms for employees.

Our Capitale Intellettuale magazine resumed its publishing after a new Managing Editor has been appointed. Given our presence at the IICUAE Meeting in Dubai, our appointment as a Representative – Italian Certified Consultant by the local Chamber of Commerce, a necessary feature to professionally support enterprises as they carry out their business in the EAU.

In order to set up further activities for 2022, the operative protocols for the M&A AAC ADVISORY services for both enterprises and association have been finalised , and the relevant websites have also been activated.


2020


A difficult year: we were close to entrepreneurs, even at a distance

Several events for the Parma 2020 – Città della Cultura event, highlighting Parma as the 2020 Italian Capital of Culture were disrupted by the COVID-related lockdown.

As a result, our strategy was changed and the relevant resources were directed to the complete overhaul of proposals. We devoted ourselves to revamping the relevant websites and social network contents, while redefining the goals of our Capitale Intellettuale magazine and fostering our Business School.

In order to adapt our activities to such a new contingency, we created specific distance learning plans, as well as webinars and meetings on the GoToMeeting platform.

We also finalised agreements with Associations and Credit Institutions, by offering “Support Paths for Business Growth and Continuity”, which featured consulting and higher learning work packages.


2019


An active role as EXPO2020 in Dubai entered our sights

As our cooperation with Fasi.biz was set up, we implemented value-based proposals in the field of EU-related funds and fundraising: a full range of business services linked to national, regional and local funding opportunities.

Our cooperation with foreign Chambers of Commerce widened when we were chosen as an Italian Representative of IICUAE, the Italian Industry & Commerce Office in the United Arab Emirates, based in Dubai.

Accompanying Italian companies to EXPO2020, in Dubai, numbered amongst our projects.

As the Italian Law 14/2019 on preventing company bankruptcy and crises entered into force, we set up and released full-fledged company check-up tools in support of the community.


2018


A year of news, including new tools, master's diplomas and meetings

As the ISO 9001 certification was updated to its 2015 version, we released, together with Analysis, the Quality Way methodology and IT tool, by presenting the dedicated workshop, titled “The shift towards the new ISO 9001:2015 certification as a support tool to the Company Management System “.

We released the “AAC Framework Cybersecurity” package: consulting, training and software tools devoted to the security of information flows in compliance with the GDPR.

Together with Bugnion S.p.A., one of our partners, we set up and held the event titled “Winning the market challenge with innovation: Patents, Trade Secrets and Start-ups”.
We launched the XVIII edition of the Empowerment Master Course titled “Manager Development and Team building “, featuring an increased teaching orientation towards the creation of innovative skills connected with Industry 4.0.

With our “Four happy hours at the golf club” event, we started our ImpresaLab initiative: a series of informal dialogues featuring qualified speakers on issues of management, control, and Business continuity.


2017


From our several training layers to the innovations in our magazine

Our strategy has always been focused on Business Quality and on Lean Organization as well as on the “Check-Up Industry 4.0” project, developed on behalf of Confindustria by Confindustria Assoconsult and the Polytechnical University in Milan.
Within our Financial Area, we increased the instances of cooperation with Associations, Institutions and financial structures in order to provide our clients with better credit access.

Our “Capitale Intellettuale “business culture magazine implemented its new publishing plan by establishing themed dossiers and the support of “News AAC “, our new business blog.

We also released several new training plans pertaining to several consulting areas:

– Business Strategy and Development

Official release of the “4.0 Enterprise Commander Master Course and Workshop”, based on the most powerful emancipatory techniques to focus mind and strategy. A path to create a new generation of entrepreneurs and managers consistent with the future market challenges.

I edition of the “5S Technique Lean Management Course”.
I edition of the “Lean Six Sigma Course”.

– Quality:
I edition of the “Executive Auditor Course”, certified by SICEV.
Administration, Finance and Control:

2016


A year rich in events, meetings and partnerships

In addition to the launch of new services on Check-Up, Human Resources, Lean Organization and Enterprise Quality, we renewed our collaboration with the University of Parma for the Economic Observatory.

Thanks to our activities together with Bugnion, we held the meeting titled “The value of innovation and intellectual property” at the Chamber of Commerce in Parma.

At the Unione Parmense degli Industriali, the Parma-based chapter of the Confindustria system, the main manufacturer’s union in Italy, we had a hand in organising the meeting called “A business’ journey – yesterday, today, towards tomorrow “, together with the photo exhibition called “From the beginning to today, towards the future”.

At this event, the results of a survey of success factors that have characterized business activity in the Province of Parma were presented: the theme of Innovation was at the forefront.
We released the handbook titled “Industry 4.0 Way – The international guidelines set up by A.A.C. Consulting” in order to align the entrepreneurs with the realities of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, while providing them with top-tier elements in order to increase their competitiveness in the global market.

We defined our agreements with ITKAM for the Austrian and German markets.
The new Training Plan was established within the Lean Area:
– I edition of the “Lean Management Course”.


2015


New Courses, new instances of cooperation and the start of the CFT Academy

We activated cooperation agreements with the Confidi.net website and the main credit institutions.
We developed procedures for the analysis of the Central Risks Unit of the Bank of Italy implementing specialized software.

We also strengthened the consulting and training activities in the following areas:

– Finance & Control Area
–  Management control;
– Lean Organization (Production & Office);

We implemented new training and consulting services within the Neurosciences and Marketing areas.
After significant studies we built the CFT Academy, the Company Business school on behalf of the Parma-based CFT Group.

The school implemented technologies, techniques and individual empowerment.

We cooperated with the Italian Lawyers’ Association (ALI, from its Italian acronym) for the event called “The economic crisis and the real estate sector”.

We signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Parma – Department of Economics, for a joint study and on the Observatory called” The financial status of local enterprises”.

We are a part of Kairos, the first enterprise network set up by the Unione Parmense degli Industriali, the Parma-based chapter of the Confindustria system, the main Italian manufacturers’ union.

We took part in the 2014 edition of the Cibus Tec – Food Pack food machinery fair.

From Professional Firm to LLC

The Emilia-Romagna Region listed A.A.C. Consulting, our company, as a Higher Consulting Service Provider, within the framework of the Spinner Consortium.


2012


ISO 9001:2008 – The year of our certification

After the successful verification by the International Bureau Veritas for ISO 9001:2008 certification, with A.A.C. Consulting we became the first Company in Italy having been simultaneously certified for both Management Consulting and Business School services.


2011


We presented the «Development Platform»

We presented our clients with new integrated consulting and training tools in order to solve cross-cutting issues within Enterprise Governance and Professional Governance


2010


2010: A.A.C. Consulting becomes a publisher

We inaugurated the «Quality Room», i.e. a series of quarterly meetings on Quality Systems, Information Systems and Business Organization.

As we launched “Capitale Intellettuale”, our business culture magazine, both on paper and online, we officially became publishers.

New Courses: "Pentalogy of adequacy" and "Life Balance”

We cooperated with the Italian Lawyers’ Association (ALI, from its Italian acronym) for the event called “The economic crisis and the real estate sector”.

Our Higher Learning Seminars

We inaugurated the biannual project of the “Higher Learning Seminars” at the Paganini Auditorium in Parma.

Our beginnings in our head office within the old city of Parma

A.A.C. Consulting’s main headquarters moved to the Palazzo della Volta, that was built during the 1700s, in the historical center of Parma. Such a facility has its prestige, besides meeting halls and technologically advanced training rooms.


2002


We started implementing our Yearly Training Plans

We started implementing our “Yearly Training Plans”, as well as the Empowerment Master Course on “Manager Development and Team Building”, carried out through adult education services, both in classrooms and companies, featuring organizational, motivational and methodological communication tools, as well as practical exercises and role play.
